IceFire Technologies is  Platinum Partner, the Medallion level is an indicator of the partner's overall level of relationship with Novell and the total value delivered to Novell customers. The medallion level reflects demonstrated sales success, level of customer satisfaction and the sales and technical competencies of the partner. There are three Medallion levels: Platinum, Gold and Silver.

Specialisation acknowledges a partner's competency and expertise as a partner that delivers solutions to customers with value-added sales and/or professional services, with a specific emphasis in one or more of the Novell solution focus areas. IceFire Technologies has Specialisation in Identity and Security, End-User Computing and Data Centre.
